Robinson might be one of the most centrally located suburbs of Waco as it is just slight south east of Waco along I-35. While Robinson is smaller than Woodway, China Spring or Waco, it is larger than Lorena, McGregor, and Crawford. While Robinson has a more populous commercial drag featuring several small to large businesses, you can easily rely on all Waco amenities that are within 5-15 minutes from either end of Robinson thanks to a fast moving highway nearby.

In just the past year we have added a delicious Mexican restaurant, a locally owned coffee shop (Launchpad Espresso & Bakery), McDonalds (this one caused quite a bit of ruckus) and Marcos Pizza! Although Robinson is familiar with growth, many locals can still be found at the staples such as Rocket Cafe. Robinson ISD serves over 2,400 students so it is smaller than both Waco ISD, Midway ISD, and China Spring ISD but larger than Lorena, Crawford, and McGregor.
